A BANKER'S STORY

 

আমি Joyanta Chandra Samadder, বর্তমানে ONE Bank PLC-তে BSO হিসেবে কাজ করি। আমার জীবন এবং কাজের গল্পটা একধরনের Banker হিসাবের মতো—পরিকল্পিত, ধারাবাহিক এবং লক্ষ্যভিত্তিক।

আমার জীবন:
ছোটবেলা থেকেই আমি লক্ষ্য নির্ধারণ এবং দায়িত্বশীলভাবে কাজ করার মানসিকতা নিয়ে বড় হয়েছি। আমি সবসময় চেষ্টা করি জীবনের প্রতিটি ধাপ হিসাব করে এগোতে। এই মনোভাব আমাকে Banking ও Financial Services এ ক্যারিয়ার গড়তে সাহায্য করেছে।

আমার কাজের গল্প:
আমি একজন BSO হিসেবে প্রতিদিন নতুন চ্যালেঞ্জের মুখোমুখি হই। আমার কাজের মধ্যে আছে:

• Branch ও অফিস ভিজিট করে Banking & Financial Services প্রমোট করা

• গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে সরাসরি আলোচনা এবং তাদের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সঠিক সলিউশন দেওয়া

• Head Office ও অন্যান্য Branch-এর সঙ্গে coordination

• মাসিক Target অনুযায়ী Credit Card বিক্রি ও Loan Service প্রচার

আমার জীবনের লক্ষ্য হলো ব্যাংকিং সেবা সহজ, সুবিধাজনক এবং সবাইয়ের জন্য পৌঁছানো, যাতে মানুষ আর্থিক নিরাপত্তা ও উন্নত জীবনযাত্রা উপভোগ করতে পারে।

Since childhood, I have grown up with a mindset of planning, goal-setting, and responsible work. I always try to approach life step by step, carefully, which led me to a career in Banking & Financial Services.

As a BSO, I face new challenges every day. My responsibilities include:

• Visiting branches and offices to promote Banking & Financial Services

• Direct communication with clients to provide solutions tailored to their needs

• Coordination with Head Office and other branches

• Achieving monthly targets through Credit Card sales and Loan service promotion
